Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

By using VALTHERON you agree to these terms. VALTHERON is provided as an AI administrative assistant. It does not provide medical advice.

No medical advice

VALTHERON does not diagnose, treat, or recommend clinical care. All clinical decisions must be made by qualified healthcare professionals. Practices must supervise AI communications and are solely responsible for patient care.

Practice responsibilities

  • Ensure patient information (knowledge base, services, hours, policies) is accurate.
  • Obtain required consents for AI reception, call handling, and follow-up communications.
  • Comply with applicable privacy, healthcare, and telecom regulations.
  • Review escalations and failed bookings/calendar or email deliveries promptly.

Service availability

VALTHERON relies on trusted third-party infrastructure providers for telephony, calendar integration, email delivery, AI inference, and data storage. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Webhooks are retried by the provider and are processed idempotently; a small delay after a call is expected before the dashboard reflects the completed call.

Limitations

VALTHERON is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability. No HIPAA, SOC 2, or other compliance certification is claimed unless separately and explicitly verified in writing.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the revised version with an updated date.

Placeholder terms for commercial launch. Obtain legal review before public sale at scale.
