Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased from Valthéron through our website or through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.
Subscription billing
Valthéron is a monthly subscription service. When you subscribe, you are billed in advance for the upcoming month of service. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your clinic dashboard by clicking "Manage Billing" or by contacting us at bitspenders@gmail.com.
When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
- You will not be billed again after the current period ends.
- You retain access to all features until the end of that period.
Refunds
Because Valthéron is a digital subscription service that delivers value continuously during the billing period, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months.
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- Duplicate charge — you were billed twice for the same period.
- Unauthorized charge — a charge was made without your authorization.
- Service failure — Valthéron was materially unavailable for an extended period due to our error, and you request a refund within 14 days of the affected billing period.
- Initial purchase — within 14 days of your first payment, if you are not satisfied with the Service, we will refund that first payment in full.
To request a refund, contact us at bitspenders@gmail.com with your account email and the reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we may suspend your account while the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact us first — we can usually resolve the issue faster than a chargeback process.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
