VALTHERON is an AI receptionist and administrative assistant for dental practices. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.
Information we process
On behalf of your practice, VALTHERON processes patient-provided information such as name, phone, email, appointment preferences, and call transcripts, plus practice configuration and knowledge base entries. Patient memory is scoped per clinic and never shared across clinics.
How we use information
- To answer patient inquiries, check availability, and assist with booking, cancellation, or rescheduling.
- To maintain call history and conversation context for the practice dashboard.
- To provide escalations and handoffs to clinic staff when needed.
AI disclaimer
VALTHERON’s responses are generated by AI and may be imperfect. The AI does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace a qualified dentist or healthcare professional. Patients should seek professional care for medical decisions. Practices remain responsible for the accuracy of information they publish (services, hours, policies) and for complying with applicable healthcare, privacy, and telecommunications regulations in their jurisdiction.
Data retention and security
Data is stored in Supabase with Row Level Security and is isolated per clinic via authenticated clinic membership. Service-role access is limited to trusted server code (webhooks, calendar, billing). We do not intentionally expose patient phone numbers, emails, or transcripts in logs or public API responses. Production secrets are server-only and never shipped to the browser.
Your responsibilities
Practices are responsible for obtaining appropriate patient consents for AI-assisted reception, call recording (where applicable), and communications, and for configuring VAPI, Google Calendar, and email integrations correctly. Review your local requirements before operating in production.
